I - You - We: As humans, we always move within a system and interact with others: no one is an island. So who are we - on the one hand with ourselves and on the other in the circle/system of others? What issues and crises can arise within a particular system (family of origin, own family, partner, colleagues...)?

With my many years of experience as a jobcoach, lifecoach, as well as a trainer, dance-therapist and qigong teacher, I would like to support you with my wide range of services. Body-oriented processes and methods are particularly close to my heart.
